How to read this tier list
This is a priority guide, not a claim that every Potion has been tested under identical conditions. The reviewed footage does not compare all Skills at the same Power, equipment, enemy, and progression state, and it does not cover the full Potion collection.
Use three questions to choose a Potion:
- Do you need a combat Skill, a temporary training Buff, or a temporary Luck Buff?
- Which materials or source are available at your current stage?
- Does the evidence confirm an effect, or only a name, recipe, or shop label?
Alchemy Formula Potions can unlock or replace combat Skills. Training and Lucky Potions are timed Buffs, so mixing both types into one damage tier would produce a false comparison. The 13 Skill or special candidates and four Buff candidates below are a dated evidence set, not a complete 17-Potion total; one Collection Index view showed 40 Potion slots.
Stage priority for Skill and special Potions
Candidates share a row only when the evidence supports the same progression use. Order within a stage is not a damage ranking.
| Priority layer | Potion candidates | Why they fit here | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Early first crafts | Fire Arrow Long-long Arms Water Orb | Their Formula rows appear early. Low-level footage crafted or exposed these two-material recipes; Fire Arrow was completed around Levels 87–98. | This is acquisition priority, not proof that these have the highest early damage. |
| Early / Mid follow-up | Giant Growth | Its Copper Earring and Flame Crest Formula remains near the earlier entries. | The name does not confirm a size, damage, health, or other specific bonus. |
| Mid progression | Meteorite Earth Spike | Meteorite produced the Meteor Spell Skill name, while Earth Spike was visible beside other equipped Skills. | Neither has a controlled damage, range, or cooldown comparison. |
| Mid / Late follow-up | Thunder-thunder Frost Thorns | Their Formula positions and materials were observed later than the early group. | Specific effects and combat performance remain unconfirmed. |
| Late Boss / group candidate | Dragon Breath | The most complete combat sequence shows a thrown fire explosion with repeated area hits, making it the clearest current Boss and group-fight candidate. | The source describes the Jul 31 version; no fixed DPS, cooldown, target cap, or universal best claim is supported. |
| Endgame / Special | Dino Egg Necromantic Rhapsody | Both use three high-stage ingredients in an Aug 11 recording. Necromantic Rhapsody was labeled Secret and produced a visible purple-black effect. | Dino Egg's effect is unknown, and Necromantic's damage, range, and exact mechanic were not tested. |
| Paid alternative | Gas Field | Its Shop card explicitly said Secret, Permanent Effect, Wider Range!, and Higher Damage!. | It is a Shop purchase, not a material Formula, so it cannot share a free-crafting value score. |
| Event / Special | Raging Bite | An Aug 8 Dino Event Roll card showed Secret, Permanent, and a 5.0% chance. | The current pool, effect, recipe, event availability, and the scope of Permanent remain unconfirmed. |
The 11 Alchemy candidates in this table have readable recipes in the dated source set. Gas Field came from the paid Shop, while Raging Bite came from the Dino Event Roll pool. Those acquisition routes should stay separate even when all three are discussed as late or special options.
Choose by use case
| Goal | Current priority | Practical decision | Do not infer |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Skill unlocks | Fire Arrow, Long-long Arms, Water Orb | Mark one early Formula, collect its displayed materials, then return to Alchemy instead of selling those ingredients. | That the first three are the three highest-damage Skills. |
| Fill a midgame Skill gap | Meteor Spell, Earth Spike, Thunder-thunder, Frost Thorns | Choose by the ingredients already available and the Skill Slot you are willing to replace. | A precise ranking without matched combat tests. |
| Bosses and groups | Dragon Breath | Treat it as the best-documented candidate when repeated area hits fit the fight. | Fixed DPS, cooldown, or an absolute number-one placement. |
| High-stage crafting | Dino Egg, Necromantic Rhapsody | Delay these until their observed high-stage materials are sustainable to keep. | That Secret labeling or a high Robux quote proves superior damage. |
| Paid combat alternative | Gas Field | Evaluate the current Shop card separately from material crafts. | A common cost-per-power score across Robux and ingredient routes. |
| Dino Event attempt | Raging Bite | Check the live Roll pool, chance, and ticket rules before spending a ticket or Robux. | That the Aug 8 chance or availability is still current. |
For exact observed Formula names and materials, use the Potions list. The Alchemy guide covers marking, brewing, waiting, and claiming without turning a Formula position into an unlock requirement.
Training and Lucky Buff priorities
Buff Potions answer a different question from combat Skill Potions. Pick the family that matches the activity, then activate it when you can spend the timer productively.
| Buff candidate | Best supported use | Observed access snapshot | Evidence boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Training Potion | Continuous training or a Rebirth push. | Dino Event Shop and player inventory; the Shop showed Uncommon, Stock 20, and 20 event currency. | Dynamic event stock and price; exact multiplier and standard duration are unknown. |
| Super Training Potion | Higher-priority training or Rebirth push when available. | Dino Event Shop, Roll, and Online Rewards; the Shop showed Rare, Stock 10, and 100 event currency, while Roll showed 20%. | A visible gain increase was observed, but no reliable fixed multiplier was readable. |
| Lucky Potion | A sustained material or rare-drop farming session after reaching enemies you can clear efficiently. | Dino Event Shop, Online Rewards, and inventory; the Shop showed Uncommon, Stock 20, and 20 event currency. | It does not guarantee a rare drop; the drop-rate formula is unknown. |
| Super Lucky Potion | A high-stage rare-material farming window. | Dino Event Shop, Roll, and inventory; the Shop showed Rare, Stock 10, and 100 event currency, while Roll showed 20%. | A creator described ×5 Luck, but the multiplier lacks official or second-source confirmation. |
One Aug 11 recording showed Lucky and Super Lucky active at the same time, each with about five minutes remaining. The creator described them as ×2 and ×5. That supports simultaneous visible Buffs in one dated session, not an official multiplication or stacking formula.
Recipe and source evidence matrix
This compact matrix explains why the priority groups differ without reproducing the full Potion database.
| Candidate group | Observed acquisition cue | What is confirmed | What is still missing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fire Arrow / Long-long Arms / Water Orb | Two-material Alchemy Formulas near the start of the list. | Fire Arrow and Long-long Arms appeared as Skills after crafting; Water Orb's Formula is readable. | Matched damage, range, cooldown, and exact unlock tests. |
| Giant Growth / Meteorite / Earth Spike | Two-material Alchemy Formulas in the early-to-mid sequence. | Meteorite maps to the Meteor Spell Skill name; Earth Spike was equipable. | Giant Growth's exact bonus and controlled Skill comparisons. |
| Thunder-thunder / Frost Thorns / Dragon Breath | Later two- or three-unit Formula requirements in older footage. | All three recipes are readable; Dragon Breath has the clearest visible combat sequence. | Current-version ordering and matched combat statistics. |
| Dino Egg / Necromantic Rhapsody | Three high-stage material types in Aug 11 Alchemy footage. | Both recipes are readable; Necromantic could be equipped and produced a visible effect. | Ingredient drop routes and complete combat mechanics. |
| Gas Field | Direct Shop purchase. | The Shop's Secret, permanent, range, and damage wording. | A material Formula, matched performance, and current price. |
| Raging Bite | Dino Event Roll card. | Secret, Permanent, and 5.0% card fields in the Aug 8 source snapshot. | Effect, recipe, retention boundaries, and current availability. |
Robux prices are snapshots, not recipe fees
The Alchemy interface offers a material route and a separate Robux purchase route. Its wording says Alchemy takes time. Robux potions are permanent. That permanence statement applies to Robux Potions; it does not prove the same retention for a Potion brewed from materials or for timed Training and Lucky Buffs.
Observed Robux numbers also changed across recordings. Long-long Arms showed 16, 18, and 19 in different snapshots. In later footage, Dino Egg and Necromantic Rhapsody showed 999 and 1099 in their Alchemy rows, while the separate Gas Field Shop item showed 1199. These numbers are dated direct-purchase quotes, not material crafting fees or a shared measure of power. Check the live UI before purchasing.
What cannot be ranked yet
Current evidence does not support:
- a precise global S/A/B/C list;
- a Skill-versus-Buff mixed ranking;
- fixed DPS positions for Dragon Breath, Dino Egg, Necromantic Rhapsody, or Raging Bite;
- a universal value score mixing ingredients, Robux, event currency, and Roll chance;
- exact unlock requirements, Skill Slot rules, or complete Potion coverage;
- official Lucky stacking math or guaranteed rare drops.
These gaps matter more than a neat letter grade. A later ranking would need repeatable tests at the same Power, equipment, target, and version, plus a verified complete Potion roster.
Frequently asked questions
What are the best early Potions in Magic Loot?
Fire Arrow, Long-long Arms, and Water Orb are the safest early acquisition priorities because their Formula rows appear near the start and low-stage footage reached them. This does not establish a three-way damage ranking.
Which Potion is best for Bosses or groups?
Dragon Breath is the best-documented current candidate: dated footage shows repeated fire-area hits and a full acquire-to-use sequence. Exact DPS, cooldown, and a universal number-one claim remain unsupported.
Is there a reliable global Potions S/A/B/C tier list?
No. The reviewed sources do not compare every Skill under matched conditions and do not cover the full collection. Stage and use-case priorities are more defensible than exact letter grades.
Are Training and Lucky Potions combat Skills?
The reviewed evidence treats them as timed Buffs. Use Training for training or Rebirth pushes and Lucky for material or rare-drop farming; do not mix either family into a combat Skill ranking.
Can Lucky and Super Lucky run together?
One Aug 11 session showed both Buff icons and countdowns at once. The creator’s ×2 and ×5 descriptions have not been independently confirmed, so the page does not publish an official stacking formula.
Why do Robux prices differ between videos?
The cause is unknown, and at least Long-long Arms changed across observations. Treat each number as a dated direct-purchase snapshot and read the current UI; it is not an Alchemy material fee.
